🛍️ Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:
- 📦 Product must be unused and in original packaging
- ⏳ Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- ❌ Damaged due to customer misuse will not be accepted
💰 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- ✔️ Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- ✔️ Refund will be credited to your original payment method (or wallet/COD adjustment if applicable)
🔄 Replacement
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- 📸 Share product images within 24 hours
- 🔁 We will replace the product free of cost
